3. General Terms of Sale (GTS)
3.1. Services Offered
We provide online language lessons, either one-on-one or in groups, accessible via a video conferencing platform.
3.2. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are displayed in EUR (€), including taxes (VAT if applicable).
- Payment is required at the time of booking through Calendly's payment system. No lesson can be scheduled without full payment.
- We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but the applicable price will be the one displayed at the time of booking.
3.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Lessons can be rescheduled within this time frame to avoid unnecessary payments.
- Processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3.4. Lesson Access and Responsibility
- It is the student's responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device and a stable internet connection.
- We are not responsible for disruptions caused by external technical issues (internet outages, computer malfunctions, etc.).
3.5. Right of Withdrawal (According to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code)
- Our services consist of scheduled digital lessons.
- By booking a lesson, clients expressly waive their right of withdrawal, unless the lesson has not yet been scheduled.
3.6. Force Majeure
If unforeseen events (natural disasters, major technical failures, etc.) prevent lessons from taking place, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel them with a refund.
3.7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be prioritized. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be handled by the competent courts in the seller's jurisdiction.
